  1. Turn off Caps Lock
  2. Get a plot plan of the area and some footprint areas of all the stuff.
  3. Does all the stuff that has to go in there fit?
  4. If not, make it larger.

5. If it still won't fit, build the substation on its side.

6. If all else fails, get a professional to do the design for you. That's what all the years at university and numerous years of specialized practical experience were for.

Nobody in CR4 or any profession can tell you What is the required area for your sub station. No one know what is your installed equipment in your sub station. Some can be compact and some need big space.

Hi

You need to consider all equipment layout then add 10 % on all sides which will cover clearances as well . make sure you have proper specs and design guidelines as per applicable standard .Lots of people asks about substation but a few can complete it .You need to know what exactly inside and what are the clearances .

Hope it helps
