Disigning the fully automated House

09/07/2009 12:41 PM

Since 1966 when the techology was simple unavailable I designed a fully automated house.

I am in need to the following:

1. Programmers interested in writing code to tie in what is currently available on the market.

2. Supply sources of raw materials for the project.

3. A team of dedicated professioanls to work with me in the implimatation of the design.

4. A house, still in the design stage, to use as a demonstration.

5. Venture capital with which to pull the project together.

This is no joke. I have designed the base project. Can you imagine an afforable dwelling on a mass scale?

Most here can hardly afford a fully manual house.

How would anyone know that you have, "designed a fully automated house" from this post?

OK, I've got a million dollars to invest. Now what?

You are going to need more than an unsubstantiated claim that you can revolutionize the world.

Good Luck!

The first thing you should do when you get your venture capital is to buy a dictionary.

So you just want the money, the expertise, the suppliers, the labour and a demonstration house.

Just what are YOU supplying?

Yes perhaps I can be of assistance. Your country is so very desperate to meld forward looking technology in a valiant attempt to preserve a very old society while at the same time bring the modern world into your purview.

I congratulate your honest desire to go beyond the oil riches. The oil will, as you are well aware, not last forever. Your country is attempting to keep (and I sincerely hope you are able for yours is a much older civilization than ours) your beliefs, traditions, and above all the values of your religion. Faith is of the up most importance. Keeping your traditions while looking for a way to encompass the technology offered by us "heathens" is a most delicate path indeed.

I, myself, am many things. I am a Tibetan Buddhist, a Christian, and a true follower of He who strolled upon the sands of time and taught the truths of true understanding. One only has to look several times a day to the East to know the validity of the question.

What is new about your scheme?

Have a look at the work of Crestron, the leading home automation company who have very comprehensive integrated systems.

Re: "Have a look at the work of Crestron, the leading home automation company ..."

Certainly was easy to find them ... but, all-too-often nowadays, companies can be difficult-to-find, at best, unless you know their peculiar URL address [e.g., one that does NOT include simply their name].

I suggest (to one-and-all) developing the habit of hitting the "Hyperlink" tool, and plugging-in the link for everyone, i.e.:

"Have a look at the work of Crestron..." ... You can do it!

Intrigued by the advances in smart home technology, I offer my services as a dedicated professional for development.

As a seasoned engineer, I have extensive experience and knowledge in structured wiring and power line control coupled devices.

I offer my home as another opportunity for upgrading existing homes with automation.

Where do I sign up?

Check out http://www.elanhomesystems.com/

These guys bought up and combined a lot of smaller companies and now offer the best of most everything.

Note: It will be less expensive to put all of this stuff into a new house than retrofitting an existing house. Good luck!
