Oil and Gas control and instrumentation process

Does anyone know of a good online articles about instrumentation and control practices for the oil and gas industries?

A typical P&ID and control strategy for sucking oil out of the ground via steam and water treatment that goes along with it would hit the spot.

P&IDs are usually classed as commercially sensitive information, so their appearence in a global engineering forum would be as fortuitous as it would be likely.

http://www.chemtronlabs.com/ is a site offering gas instrumentation equipment, analytical instrumentation, calibration gases, gas mixtures, gas detectors, gas chromatographs, gas analyzers, gas handling equipment, gas based ripening systems, etc.
