Linearity – the linear characteristic of the pressure sensor curve. The curve should be almost linear in the range of the pressure for which the sensor is designed.
Hysteresis – the difference of the characteristic curve during the pressure increase and pressure decrease. The decrease curve doesn't follow exactly the same path for the curve of increase. Generally the decrease curve is lower than the increase curve.

I think the "Combined linearity and Hysteresis" is used in the context of error. The total error due to the linearity and hysteresis is "Combined linearity and Hysteresis" error. This is my opinion only.
