Clark-Reliance Eye-Hye utilizes conductivity probes and relays (and panel mounted indicator lamps green for water present, red for no water).

You'll find a lot of information and details on the Clark-Reliance on the entire operation including ECID solid state powered relay which aside from the probes themselves is the most important component in the system.
