please give details of doing tan delta test of transformer oil? please describe step by step and calculations too.

This smells strongly of a "Homework" question. We do not do your homework on CR4.....

sir,

I have seen my officers doing the test with test kit.I asked them the details of this test but they could not explain due to lack of time.I referred to those books I have but I did not get a clear picture about loss angle& the value of tan delta 0.005 which indicates healthiness of transformer oil& the calculations too.the next option was internet.so I posted the question.

anyways thanks for showing interest....
