Outlook - AVAST antivirus ashoutxt.dll issue fix

I just stumbled on a stupid simple fix for an a-freaking-noying PC issue that I wanted to share just in case anyone out there is, or will experience the same.... self imposed problem that I did...... and chooses to over complicate it ... as I did.

Let me come out of the closet and say I play with my PC's at home because I can. I use Outlook and I quit AVAST to go with an other anti-virus I liked better. From that point whenever I, or my wife (you see where this is headed) opened outlook we got an error "ashoutxt.dll is not installed or could not bla-bla-bla". Hey, I fix PC's and CNC stuff at work all day so I was lazy and didn't dig deep enough at home thinking this registry hack I found in about 15 seconds of research should and therefore WOULD fix it. Nope it was a simple de-select the whole time.

Tools - Options - Other - Add-in manager

Simply de-select the AVAST box and go on about your life.
