I think it should be a stand-alone section. Because it relates to almost all sections, it would be difficult to direct it to the appropriate section.

Great! I look forward to it being myself a novice welder. Don't forget to cover brazing, cutting, and annealing.

The problem I see is the redundancy thats is going to happen, or important issues that may be bury in one section but is not shared or open to others unless stumbled across.

I think welding should have its own section and the other sections that use it link to it.......
