Rod Bending Machine

I am designing a rod bending machine. I am looking for the formulas to calculate the amount force required to push the rod through the bending machine. Alternately, I am looking to calculate the torque to drive the riolelrs.

The machine will three rollers. The rod is Ø1-1/8" and will be bent to a diameter of 13'. The throughput speed on the machine is to 20' / min.

PS I have calculated the force to bend the rod.

My comment was NOT off-topic since if the force was not computed the right way then it cannot be used for the other further calculations.

Now if you computed the force to bend you have every thing you need to compute the torque.

If you were able to compute the force you have enough knowledge to determine on your own the torque.
