Hypoid Gear

I need a CAD model of a hypoid (spiral bevel) Gear, how can I find such a model?

You'll just take any old gear? 3D content central has a few. I'm sure many others do as well. If you have Solidworks, just open up 3D Content Central, and search for "Spiral Bevel Gear"

or,

I'll model you one for $$ as long as you don't care what size/shape/tooth count/angle etc etc etc...

Many manufacturers will lets you download 2D and 3D drawings of their parts (to make it easier for you to use them in your designs - so you're more likely to buy them). Search the 'net.

[A particular form of gear may be part of an assembly drawing available as a download]
