Radiographic Test Standard

dear every one,

can you please answer me about this case:

i have 1G joint base meatal 12 mm thickness ( steel structure(I) beam welding)

is the acceptance standard for the (x-ray test ) is asme secVIII...

i take x-ray for the joint i find that porosity 3mm separated at 5mm is it acceptable or not???

What is your Code of condtruction, Sarmad? Sec VIII is for pressure vessels. I am sure you know it. If what you have welded is per that then look up for your X-Ray results under UW 51. Or else, you have to follow the applicable Code criteria.
