Pneumatic Test with U-Tube Vertical Manometer

Dear expert,

How can we read Set opening points on the U-Tube vertical manometer for pressure and vacuum (pressure 35 mmWC ,vacuum 25 mm WC) For storage tank PV valf.

ex.for pressure if the 35mmWC is seen above the 0 balance line what is the differantial pressure 35 mmWC or 70 mmWC inculuding below the 0 balance line.

It is the total difference between the upper and lower liquid levels. In your example, 70 mm H2O.

It is easy to be confused about this, among many other issues relating to fluid pressure between one column and another.
