For injection molding, I've had very good luck with Nissei and Sumitomo.

Shop 'til you drop! Look around at trade shows. Talk to people in the business. Join trade associations like the Society for Plastics Engineers (SPE). They have local chapters with monthly meetings. What are your needs? How long will you use the machine? Can a machine be modified and upgraded by your people in house? What's your budget?

You must indicate your process of interest before a machinery producer can be identified.

Processes will range from blow molding, injection molding, extrusion, rotomolding and others. Each general area has multiple variants within its own grouping. For instance, blow molding has a minimum of eleven variations within its general classification.

Let's go back to your Originals:

Machines Producing Plastic Raw Materials: Here we run into the whole gamut of manufacturing intermediates, Catalysts , Unit Operations, monomers, grafting,High -Tech plant, and finally polymerization/Blending----Trillion Dollar Operations.

Next ;PRODUCTS: Sheets,Cables,Tubes, various mouldings, castings, impregnations------ and the whole ranges of Dies,Moulds,Jigs.

Again the definition of Plastics--Do we include Elastomers/Epoxies/Silicones--not even consideringNano Techs.

Which did you mean?
