Or put a fan between them sized to produce 15 Pa static pressure at an air flow that equals the leakage into/out of each room. Or supply outside air to the higher-pressure room, or exhaust air from the lower-pressure room.

This process can happen unintentionally if refrigeration is turned on in a well sealed room such as a controlled atmosphere storage or blast freezer. For this reason, such rooms are equipped with relief vents. If you fail to do this, it is possible suck the walls or ceiling in; this has happened.

I have also seen large duct work rip apart due to over pressurization.
