Wartsila L20 B&C versions injection pumps

Good day, everyone,

We operate Wartsila L20 medium speed engines. Have 20B and 20C versions in service. Know that pumps stroke for B version is 22mm; C version - 28mm. Question: Does anybody know if the pump elements of both versions are different and what is the difference?
