Biodiesel Plant Designs

engineers,

I am trying to design a medium biodiesel plant with approximated capacity of 30000 litres of biodiesel per month.

Can someone suggest the approriate materials for the tanks, pipes and valves, it will comprise of the following vessels:oil preheater, transesterification, fame settling tank x2, water wash tank?

what could the best type of pump to such products.

too broad and too not specific to answer.

If you are simply questioning the suitable material for biodiesel plant for tanks and pumps, I would like to suggest carbon steel and plastic base non-matalic.

Can you be more specific for better reply?
