IC Datasheets

I can not find a datasheet for these ICs 360-2002b,360-2020b,360-2010b,360-2040b

Get an SK cross reference book and look up the replacements for them. Then go on-line and look up the new numbers.

They could be custom ICs from a company that manufactures the device.

It dont look like the IC part number.

It may be the production date to me.

Those look like "In House" part numbers to me. When a company is buying a million 7404 ICs (for example), they will have them labeled with their in-house stock number... not the actual part number aka 7404. So your only option is to go to the equipment manufacturer to find out what a 360-2002b is in the real world.
