Do you have any information (brand name, equipment name) about Welder Controller?
That goods can do self-diagnose the quality of welding. May be the parameter to be inputted is current, when some unexpected circumstance occur which will drop or rise from the setting welding current, those controller must be able to quick self-diagnose then self-adjusment to get to the required/setting welding current back, thus will keep good quality of welding result.
Or any other parameter may be feed back as signal control, such as pressure of welding, welding speed, etc.
