How to calculate Fuel consumption by Deisel generator set in genaral related to BHP of engine. Is there any thumb rule to calculate the same?

Why not select your favorite generator, go online like you did here, and get a specific answer. Do this for two or three different generators and you will have your own "thumb rule".

Yes. It can be found in the manufacturer's technical sales literature.

Why not go the whole hog and relate it to the electrical output power of the generator?
