current operated relay

I have required current operated relay for using capacitor bank parallel with welding machine whenever welding machine flow current same time capacitor bank come across otherwise remain in off condition.

Yes! You can go for an Automatic Power Factor Correction Relay. But, please ensure that you go for dynamic compensation as welding machines are fast fluctuating loads. Compensation with contactors may not be effective.
