thin walled elasromaric tube

12/02/2009 1:29 AM

How/where can I get an elastomeric tube ,required dimensions:

radius:50 mm, length 2000, wall thickness:0.5mm

how much will it cost?

The dimensions can be changed and be bigger, but the the proportions should remain, but even there, there can be some changes.

Start by typing "thin walled elastomeric tubing" into a search engine such as Search GlobalSpec .

Contact ANSEL or one of the other balloon/medical supply companies. If they don't have stock item, then their condom manufacturing division might be interested in making such an item.

Note that ANSEL manufacture medical gloves, balloons and other latex products.

I could describe how to make your own, but it's old technology and may not staisfy your expectations for consistency in wall thickness or OH&S expectations.
