i am tring to convert 3500psi strength concrete into a (NPA) figure as used in australia
What does "NPA" stand for? 3500 psi would be a compressive strength rating, convertible to other units of the same type.
mPa? http://www.tiniusolsen.com/resource-center/psi-mpai.html
Dear Mr. Tornado,
I think, it should be MPa instead of NPA. Pl.check it up.
The Latest Standard is 100 KPa = ONE ATMOSPHERE = 14.696 psi. You can convert easily. Earlier One Atmosphere was equal to 101.3125 KPa.

From the preceding link, Mpa [megapascals] = psi/145.0377. This would be a suitable size of unit for the purpose.
