chalenge for all the enginners

some friends in the work that i work as a piping fitter come with one question

in a pipe of 10" make a offset only with 2 elbows with a run off 100 milimitres

cane some one answer to that i appreciatte

I think your question is about making an offset of 100 mm in a line of 10" pipe... It sounds to me like it would be best to bend the pipe to make such a small offset or make a custom section for this...

You could almost do it with two 22.5 degree elbows. You could do it with two 11.25 degree elbows and a short infill.

The intent of the OP is unclear. One thing is the mixture of units: 10-inch pipe versus 100 mm run (or offset or whatever).

If the offset is meant as 100 mm (≈ 4 inches), this can be done by trimming two 37° elbows out of a single 90° long-radius (R = 1.5 D) elbow, and then welding these directly together with no "pup" (short pipe) between.

If the local piping code allows it, this can also be done with a mitered pipe offset at, say, a 15° angle.

I'm surprised that the OP's pipefitter buddies don't already know how to do this. Maybe it is a communication problem, or inadequate drawings.
