I'm having trouble figuring out what a "loosening motor connection box" would be, so a "non-loosening" one is even harder to grasp.

The forum needs to understand the difference between a loosening connection box and a non-loosening one before a meaningful response can be given to this thread.

I suspect you are referring to the IEC "e" standard for non-loosening terminal connections. They are designed for use in areas of high vibration, where standard screw terminals may work loose over time. See page 13 of the IEC/NEC Classification Comparator for more detail.
