Could any one in this forum answer "How to Calculate the Short Circuit Capacity for a 1MW Solar PV Power Plant - Location - India - 11000V Grid Tied" and also "The Design Procedure for it"

Each Solar Cell has got what is called the SCC rating (i.e.) the Short Circuit Current Rating and it will be mentioned in the specification sheet of the Solar PV Cell.

Short circuit current=Rated current x F ,where F is a factor dependent on the size of cable to be used for the installation.
