materials required

a sheet of newspaper.

a glass or jar.

a pot of water.

procedure:

crumple the sheet of newspaper and stuff it into the empty glass or jar tightly enough so that it doesnt fall out when you turn the glass upside down. holding the glass bottom up sink it deep into a pot filled with water .hold it there . after a minute or so , pull the glass out of the water and remove the paper . what happens to the paper ?

The paper forms the shape of the empty glass. If done carefully the paper is nearly translucent and capable of withstanding small caliber weapons fire (although you need to add some additional chemicals to the water).

Try it and see for yourself (but not in the kitchen, or in the elementary school home room). Oh, and don't forget to remove the glass jar covering the paper, as we all know that the glass jar is not bullet proof.

I tried this twice and it didn't work either time. Bullet holes everywhere.

Then, I reversed the process. Since you are in the Southern Hemisphere I reasoned that your process was "upside down". After putting a reverse twist barrel on my pistol it worked perfectly, every time.
