If you're a registered member of CR4 - you have registered with a unique user name and password - go to your profile page, click the "Edit Your Profile" button, scroll to the "Customize CR4" section and toggle the communication options to your desired levels.
If you are not a registered member of CR4, scroll to the very bottom of an issue of the CR4 Daily Digest and click the link to change your contact options/unsubscribe from the mailing list.
