Is this pertaining to ground loops (the flow of current within a "grounded" system caused by different parts of the system experiencing different time varying potentials), which is typically solved by a properly configured "single point ground", or perhaps high frequency potentials occurring in a grounding system that has insufficient high frequency current carrying capacity to effectively ground potentials induced by EMI an/or RFI?

Please give more information.
