Wanted: Specs for SSTC34-T1 N-Channel JFET

	I was given a partial reel of SOT-23 semiconductors labelled as Siliconix SSTC34-T1. I have managed to determine that they're an N channel JFET that was discontinued in the mid to late 90's, however I've not found any other specs. Does anyone have any idea where I might find the specs? I've already looked on all the datasheet sites I can find. The only 2 documents I've found are (1) a list of JFETs being discontinued by Siliconix (which told me it was a JFET), and (2) a Quality and Reliability report from Temic dated 1997 (which added that they are N channel).

	If there is a date code on the parts, look for an older parts catalog either the same year or 1 or 2 years later.... Or contact Vishay Siliconix directly by phone/email. 	Thanks for the suggestion. I've contacted the local Siliconix rep, and he didn't seem too enthused with trying to find specs for me. He took my email address but has not been back in touch. The devices were obsoleted in November 2007, which is really not that long ago. However they appear to have vanished off the face of the datasheet world :-( I actually have 2/3 of a reel of these and I may just test a few to try to determine some basic characteristics.

	Its sad when reps do not do a proper job. Ring him back and just ask him for the name of his immediate superior, that sometimes gets things working.....
