what will hapen we will use air in place of water in centifugal pump

There are specific pumps that depend on the water, but the general answer is that it pumps air rather than water.

Very little. Pump spinning to slow to develop enough centrifugal force to move much air since it is much lower density than water.

Then Screech. No water cooling of pump and no water lubrication of seals will be unpleasant soon.

Some centrifugal pumps are designed to be partially submerged and don't have conventional seals. They will pump air all day long. These are not very common though.

However, unless it's designed to pump air, forget about it. Previous comments apply.

most water pumps are not designed for "dry running" as a result the pump will wreck.

dear u try to run ut pump uptp 10k-15k rpm then u can use ur centrifugal pump as centrifugal compressors..At the end u will see the parts of you pump flying....
