QUESTION

I want to bend ms bar in 'u' shape length of bar 160mm diameter 40 mm ? HOW MUCH LOAD IS REQUIRED TO BEND MS BAR?

Heat it up cherry red first. The force required will be much less. It might even get there without fracture.
