is the capacitive type transducer best for level measuring for continuous measuring of level?

Only if the fluid's electrical permittivity, a function of the precise mixture of its components, and the temperature both remain constant.

There are dozens of ways of measuring level. The "best" one in any particular case depends upon the process materials, their compatibility with wetted parts, the temperature and the pressure.
