Standards for Estimating Demand

I'm looking for assure reference or standard for estimation of transformer or diesel generator demand. cold you cue me in this regard?

by using BS methode seperate each load and apply demand factor

lighting loads @ a demand factor 75%

heatind and A/C @ 80%

cooker @kitchen equipment @ 70%

water heaters @ 100 %

sockets @ 50 %

and add 25% for future
