INOX Steel vs. Paint

02/03/2010 11:51 AM

Someone to been experienced with Systems of painting for the inside of tanks that contain water demineralized to generate steam (Injection to turbine) and that painting system guarantee the conductivity (Pollution) of the water?. Avoiding this way to fit upthe tanks in stainless steel. Does this system of painting turn out to be cheaper than to use inox steel?

You have not indicated any operational data of the tanks specific use, but what ever the use I believe there will be contamination with any paint. But in any case ask for written guarantees from the paint manufacturer for any damage it may cause to the tank or proceeds of the process and compensation for loss production.
