How to Fix Broken Static Connections

02/04/2010 8:44 PM

Hi, I have technics CD player I am refurbishing. While removing the front panel and had disconnected all the wires from the CB, I accidently broke off 2 static posts which go to the control push buttons on the front. On the back side of the buttons the plastic has a metal coating in which the static posts were connected to. My question is how do I go about reestablishing contact to the 2 wires to the buttons? I was thinking of using some automoyive copper expoxy used to form gaskets seeing they will make a conductive path for the static. Any, other ideas?

Thank You.

Try this, It might act as a conductive glue.
