i want to make water boat so which moter i can use & which type of fan i can use for running my small boat?

You might check out www.grainger.com. They probably have some gasoline engine powered fans at economical prices. Such fans are used for construction site ventilation/cooling, for example.

There are also likely to be Websites devoted to air boats in general, with lots of ideas. A search on "air boat fans" seems like a promising approach.
