This is only a small part of the required information. Also needed:

Outdoor temperature and humidity (adverse case).

Indoor temperature and humidity to be maintained.

Insulation effectiveness of walls, floor, and ceiling.

Amount of ventilation/exhaust required.

Heat loads in the space from machinery, lights, and people.

Any requirements for air filtration.

Height of walls (as well as length and width of room).

Amount of air infiltration expected from doors and windows.

These are the main things; there may be a few others.

allancmh-

If you don't understand how to calculate the heat loss or heat gain of a structure using the industry standard Manual J and Manual N formulas or if you just want to have a program calculate the values for you, then I suggest a program such as the one shown below. I have purchased both the residential and commercial versions. Both programs do a great job on the basic calculations. Any odd ball loads can be manually inserted to tune up the calculation for your project.

Good Luck!
