Pre-1923 railway junctions

01/29/2007 8:44 AM

Wanted: pointers to design and selection data for 4ft 8.5in gauge pre-1923 railway company junctions in bullhead rail sections as background information for use by a registered charity operating in the heritage railway sector in Britain. The information would enable better use to be made of available site stocks, in the absence of contemporary drawings.

Is there a website covering this sort of stuff, please?

NSW Australia used Bullhead rail for many years. Their railway archives contain all the engineering data including research data. they are now part of department of Transport, Try www.cityrail.info
