What Is Spend Analysis?

I recently got a call from a company for the post of spend analyst. Does anyone know what is spend analysis?.Also they are using some processes like AUTOCLASS??

What is autoclass?

Something for the bean counters. But it does seem to have some good uses you can download a full Brochure at the above link.

It's what your wife does when you get back from a golf weekend. But you are not qualified......ever, to do with her credit card!

If the chairman of that company wants you to do it, I think its the same as a Kamakazi pilot job description......
