what is best solution for air fule control of annaline furanace.

Air/Fuel Control of an Annealing furnace is what you mean.

You got to have a proportioning Temperature Controller and Modulating Motors with in-built balancing relays on both your fuel + air line to modulate the air/gas ratio of the burners. A NAMCO Air/Gas ratio controlling valve would be an added advantage.

If the burners are new packaged type then you can additionally add an O2 Controller to maintain on-line optimum combustion burning efficiency ensuring that the excess air has upto 1-4% O2 at the exhaust.
