please check out wit the reclaim time set for the relays. if the tripping count limit is crossed before the reclaim time is elapsed, then it would be in the lock out.

could be due to your AR sensitivity settings. try checking yr AR sensitivity settings. happens to me before, and problem goes off after i program the correct setting to my AR.

well the peculiar problem arising with the all the AR's Sectionalisers is although the AR is recording the fault events but none of the sectionalisers is noting the same,morover it was asumed that the load on the 2nd and 3rd sectionalisers is too less for a fault current to exceed the pickup value.The load on 3rd sectionalisers of two of the ARs i almost zero amps,hence we brought down the fault pick up value for phase and ground accordingly,still only the AR is picking up and not the Sects.We also increased the AR fault detction time from 0.05 to 0.08 secs and for Sects 0.05 secs .

Please help me out.
