Please tell me the the maximum efficiency of Gas turbine generator.

The Ansalto make 14 MVA Generator efficiency around 97%

What is the maximum efficiency of 200 MW , FRAME 6, ALSTOM Gas turbine ?

Alstom makes Frames?

As far as I was aware it is GE and then Frame 6B should be about only 36MW whereas 6FA is about 75 or 80MW. 200MW ? may be 7FA (9FA being almost 250MW).

Alstom nomenclature is different.

But then again I may be wrong.

If you mean the GTG set efficiency then it may be from about 30% to 45% depending on the size (larger the better) and model.

In case you go for CC then it may easily touch/cross 60%
