PC Goes Blue Screen on iTunes Start

My Acer 5570 laptop goes blue screen when trying to start itunes. Has anybody chased up the fix for this sort of thing. I tried remove and reinstall but it just went blue screen even faster. Have done a virus check etc with Norton 360, found nothing. Thanks for comments.

try downloading the latest version of iTunes , this bug is fixed with the new version
