what is the difference between in absolute and gauge pressure?

Answer: local barometric pressure, which is a function of local weather conditions.

Absolute pressure is the pressure relative to a total vacuum; gauge pressure is relative to atmospheric pressure.

e.g. the pressure in an unsealed vessel would be (about) 1 bar absolute, but zero gauge.

About 14.5-14.75psi depending what the atmospheric conditions are.
