Do we get Stainless Steel, or non- magnetic "Balls" or rollers -the kind that are used in Ball-bearings, or roller-bearings?

A magnet in the vicinity is - kind of disorienting the balls. And the magnet cannot be removed,

You can certainly get nonmagnetic bearings. Be aware that not all stainless is nonmagnetic. If I were in your shoes, I'd call up the local rep for NSK or SKF and tell them my application and let them make a suggestion.

Yes - there are bearings with ceramic rolling elements available from most OEM's.

What do you mean by "dis-orient" the bearing balls. How can they become disoriented? The motor itself has very strong magnetic fields and nothing happens to the bearings. Pls explain.

Yeah, perhaps dis-orient is not the right word, what actually is happening is that in the absence of the magnet, the balls are in their place, and when the magnet is in position - their alignment goes.
