Browse the Intersil website. That's where I would have gone first. It behooves the manufacturer to have the kind of information you are looking for. They might even have one of these things called a datasheet.

Check these out.

thanks for your reply! i have carefully read the datasheet. but i still have no idea how to get the AD result to the MCU? my project is this: i need to do a constant temperature controller. first of all , it should display the temperature.and this part i have finished. in addition, i should set a temperature, and the set value shou be stored in the MCU, then ,compare the present temperature and the set temperature,at last ,the MCU output the signal according the result of the comparing result. if you have some idea about this , plz tell me. thank you very much!

Did you check out the firstlink I gave you? There are several Application Notes dealing with how-to of different applications. You have a good amount of research to do; or do you want me to do all the work for you!

i have some idaeas of how to get the aftering AD result. anyhow, thank your for your help! but i still have one question: i want to use the T/C of 80C51 to calculate the clocks of the ICL7135, cause,i learn from some materials that the AD result is related with the ICL7135 in the third stage. if the Vref=1V, the result (number of clocks)is 10000*Vin/Vref(Vin:analog input). Am i right?
