So is the licensing authority in the UK. There have been several successful prosecutions of people using tuned antennae in their home loft-space to capture the power from nearby broadcast radio transmitters and convert it to useful energy, thereby reducing their home electricity bills.

There has been no report so far of individuals trying this technique successfully with nearby mobile telephone transmitters, though. That would be interesting...
