The FLC of a 30kW motor at 380V may be in the range 53 to 60A.
A 4CX16sq.mm copper cable is sufficient for this application. But a 4CX16sq.mm aluminium cable is barely sufficient for this application.
I would suggest that you go for a 3CX25sq.mm armoured Al cable for this motor. There is nothing wrong in laying a 4C or 3.5C cable, but the fourth core is not required for the motor except for motor TB earthing, if the provision is available inside the TB.
Since it is not clear from your question whether the cable is armoured or flexible, it is better if the cable used is armoured.
British Standard 7671 needs to be in the toolbag...
