could anybody explain the chemical and mechanical properties of train wagon wheels that normally used by indian railways

Indian Railways will have specifications for the metals and dimensions for the tread and flange shapes and the back-to-back dimensions. These may vary by line speed classification and axle loading, and certainly by gauge, as more than one is in use in India.

Actually i want to know chemical composition of train wagon wheel such as C, Cr, S, Si, Mn etc. and if I try to melt the same at what temperature it will melt
