How i can can I design an automatic load controller with a 1500 kvw generator?
iI want 2to such a controlloer which sencesenses the load Iin a particular area & and provides power in a priority baseis. sSay there rare 3 departments of university.
That's enough work for me already.

There is more than one way to handle this, but my first suggestion is this:
1. Determine what the critical loads are (the ones you don't want to shut off). Their combined requirement should be not more than about 80% of the generator capacity. (0.80 x 1500 = 1200 kW).
2. Of the noncritical loads (the ones that you are willing to shed for a time), try to find the smallest number of them that add up to the largest total load. With luck, this will be only a few items. Oftentimes water heaters, air conditioners, and maybe some refrigerators can be shut off for a while during the day without a problem, and can "catch up" overnight.
3. Put contactors in the circuits to each of these loads, if such contactors are not already present.
4. As the total load approaches the capacity of the generator, shut off these noncritical loads in succession, keeping the total load less than about 90% of the generator capacity. Leave this 10% reserve so that smaller loads can start/stop without overloading the generator.
5. There is more than one way to do that, too, but a natural choice would be to use a PLC (programmable logic controller) to sequence the noncritical loads as needed. This can be done by sequencing them on and off in the same order each time (easiest), or by "rolling" them in a cycle (trickier, perhaps a "shift register" in the PLC programming.)
That is just a synopsis. There are many possible options, and the whole picture can be complex. But this description is intended as a simplified guide toward thinking about it. With a PLC, ou can try several strategies until you find one that works decently. Good luck!
